The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is the nation’s largest and most influential association of uniformed service officers and their surviving spouses carrying out our role and responsibility to represent and support all ranks across all services at every stage of their careers. We are the leading voice on all benefit matters for all members of the uniformed services community.
The Mahoning and Shenango Valleys Chapter (MSVC) is a 501(c)(19) nonprofit veterans’ organization, established in 2011 to provide a local affiliate site for MOAA. MSVC has been awarded the MOAA Level of Excellence Award every year after its establishment, a testament to the Chapter’s influence, activity, and support in the local military community.
Sponsorship or Donate
MSVC is seeking a limited number of sponsorships and welcomes general donations of any denominationto support our operations and the support programs offered to local military veterans and their families.
Sponsorship options include a 1/4-page posting in the Chapter’s monthly newsletter (10-12 issues/year), and/or an information image on the website sidebar.
A general donation can be provided to MSVC to help sustain the programs offered to local military veterans and their families, from scholarships for developing ROTC Cadets, to support for military veterans and surviving spouses.
Sponsorships and donations to 501(c)(19) organizations are tax deductible as charitable gifts. To be deductible for Tax Year 2024, payment must be received by December 31, 2024. A receipt for your sponsorship or donation will be sent out by January 31, 2025.
